SHIPPING POLICY
We can ship your products to anywhere in the world or have them available for your collection on your way through Waikawa in the Marlborough Sounds.

We absolutely guarantee we'll get your products safely packaged and to the shipping company. We also guarantee we'll choose a reputable company to get your products to you.
We can't however, guarantee the shipping service once it leaves our hands.

If you'd like to insure your products in transit, please let us know and we'll arrange that for you. Of course this needs to be done before it's collected by the shipping company.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We work through dozens of different suppliers to ensure you get maximum choice in your purchases. This does mean however, that there are dozens of different product return policies. Check with us before paying to be sure we both understand what the arrangements are should you need to return the product.

If you purchase one of our standard shelf items, then we have no problem in you returning the product to us in exchange for a more suitable product. Clearly this can't apply to things like the leftover bait you couldn't catch a fish with or the paint which you now find clashes with the dodger canvas.
